Brattley Media is a brand of Smile Enterprises, based in Hisar, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through brattleymedia.com and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our form, we collect the details the form asks for. Currently this is your name, business name, WhatsApp number, business type, and whether you already have a Google Business Profile. If we add or remove form fields in future, we collect only what the form shows at that time.
We also record which button or section of the page you used to open the form.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit) collects usage data such as pages viewed, button clicks, form interactions, device type, approximate location and referral source. It uses cookies for this.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive the number and message you send.

Form submissions are saved in a Google Sheet that only we can access, through Google Apps Script. Analytics data is processed by Google. WhatsApp conversations are handled through WhatsApp (Meta). These providers have their own privacy policies.
